License for Premium Products
This license applies to all premium products on the FestivePhoto Website.
This license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to make use of the Photos, Vectors, or digital file you have purchased.
This license is for one copy (one seat, or one usage at any one time) of the Photos, Vectors, or digital file installed on up to 2 of your computers.
You can use our Photos, Vectors, or digital products to create an unlimited number of different End Products. End Products being edited photos, designs, or other visuals.
You can sell End Products created using our Photos, Vectors, or digital products file. Meaning you could sell an edited photo or Vectors to a client, but you couldn’t sell a product that includes the Photos, Vectors, digital product file, etc.
You can’t re-distribute our Photos, Vectors, or digital files. For example, if you purchase a digital product from FestivePhoto you can’t share the files with a friend. They’ll need to purchase their own premium license.
You can’t incorporate or distribute the Photos, Vectors, or digital files with an End Product. But you may link the users of the End Product to where they can directly license the digital product.
This basically means you can’t include the actions in a file you are selling or sharing, but you can link them to the FestivePhoto page where they would get it from.
Regular License
Regular license for Photo, Vector, or digital products and assets purchased on FestivePhoto.
This license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to make use of the Photos, Vectors, or digital files you have purchased within your personal and commercial works.
This license allows for unlimited usage on the web and digital advertisements, unlimited usage for business social media accounts, and up to 5,000,000 lifetime viewers for streaming/broadcasting. This license allows for usage in physical advertisements with local markets only. For unlimited usage in physical formats worldwide, get the Unlimited License.
This license does not allow the usage of in-browser tools, games, or mobile apps.
Extended License
The extended license for Photos, Vectors, or digital purchased on FestivePhoto.
This license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to make use of the Photos, Vectors, or digital file you have purchased within your commercial works.
This license allows for unlimited usage on the web and digital advertisements, unlimited usage for business social media accounts, and unlimited lifetime viewers for streaming/broadcasting. This license also allows for unlimited usage in physical advertisements worldwide.
This license allows usage in one browser tool, game, or mobile app with up to 1,000,000 end users.
